Cancel Subscription
Would you like to end your paid TexUnity subscription? You can easily do this in your own account.
Fastest Option: Cancel in Account
Log in and go to "Account". There you will find a "Cancel" button. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. You can revoke the cancellation at any time before the end of the term.
Alternative: Cancellation by Email
You can also cancel your contract in writing by email. Please include the email address of your TexUnity account so that we can assign your cancellation.

Notes on Cancellation
- Cancellations only become effective at the end of the current billing period.
- You retain all paid functions until then.
- After that, your account automatically switches to the free Basic plan.
- You can revoke a cancellation at any time before the end of the term.
Delete Free Account
You can delete your account yourself at any time: log in and go to "Account" → "Settings" → "Delete account". This permanently removes your access and personal data and ends any active membership. Alternatively, our support will help you at hallo@texunity.de.
